When providing feedback to us and when asking for certain other

yourself (e.g. name, address, and telephone number).
In addition, Malta Shipyards also collects web page download information and site usage information.
Any of the details supplied by you to us, together with such
information as may be subsequently supplied by you in any manner,
whether orally or in writing, constitutes personal data within the
meaning of the Data Protection Act.
We do not sell personal information to any third parties and we do not share personal information with any third parties.
We will only hold personal data on our systems for a strictly limited
period of time. In most cases, the time period will be set as a matter
of internal policy and will be the minimum necessary for our use.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we
hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in that personal
information corrected.
